The Company

Momma Hen Nanny is a locally owned referral agency. We scout, vet and refer qualified candidates to clients, serving families and scouting nannies from around the world. Specializing in talent acquisition, we represent the needs of client families and refer to them thoroughly screened qualified nannies. With hundreds of applicants each week our dedicated specialists and comprehensive screening processes are efficiently effective. On average each specialist places up to four nannies a month. We assure our clients continued support mentoring healthy nanny-family relationships for life, nurturing the collaborative nature of in-home childcare. Momma Hen Nanny proudly offers military families 20% off placements.

Momma Hen Nanny makes it easy to hire with confidence. Founder CEO, Tiffany Lawson, personally works with you every step of the way to guarantee a quality nanny for your family. With keen eyes and a sharp skillset, Tiffany dedicates her expertise to talent acquisition. As an inspired mother with thirteen years private nanny experience, she adores children. In homes, her role as a professional nanny provided unique opportunity to observe in-home childcare from three important perspectives: the parents, the nanny and the scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family from the University of Nevada, Reno. Such immersive experiences enrich Tiffany’s holistic understanding of home and family. Momma Hen Nanny was born to connect the dots.
