Searching for a nanny? Here's how we get started!
When you choose to work with Momma Hen Nanny you work directly with Founder CEO, Tiffany Lawson. You get one-on-one access to her and her expertise throughout the entire search process. We accept 2 to 3 client families at a time to assure your family is always top priority. Individualized attention matters when creating the nanny-family relationship. Momma Hen Nanny makes it easy to hire with confidence.
Families! To begin, we connect on a 30-minute call. To initiate our search, please complete the Client Agreement which details everything and send it back with the Search Retainer. In a few days, we present to you qualified nannies to review and consider (all the while continuing to scout). First, we set up 15-minute phone calls to introduce you to the nannies. Next, we schedule in-person interviews for you to meet the nannies. Then, once you decide on a nanny, we coordinate a 1 to 3 day paid work trial. Moving forward after the work trial, we help you create a written job offer for the nanny. Once nanny accepts the offer our Placement Fee is due, your family receives a copy of the nanny's background check and placement is complete!
